Welcome to Kontendor! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account or using Kontendor to create, host, or follow custom score trackers, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Account Registration and Subscriptions

Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Premium Subscriptions: Kontendor offers paid premium tiers that provide extended functionality. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, but fees are generally non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive. Specifically, you agree not to:

Post or track content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or hateful.
Use the platform to facilitate illegal gambling or unpermitted betting rings.
Impersonate any person, sports organization, or entity without authorization.
Spam the platform with automated bots, scrapers, or excessive requests.
Upload malicious code, viruses, or exploit vulnerabilities in the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and to remove any trackers or content deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

Kontendor retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its design, codebase, and branding. You retain ownership of any data (scores, team names, participant lists) you input into your custom trackers. By inputting data, you grant Kontendor a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that data publicly as part of the Service's core functionality.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. Kontendor does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kontendor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruptions to live events relying on our platform.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by email or via a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
