Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the rules regarding billing, subscription cancellations, and refunds for Kontendor Premium.

1. Cancellations

You may cancel your Kontendor Premium subscription at any time via your Account Settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will not auto-renew at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • You will retain access to Premium features until the current billing cycle officially ends.
  • After the cycle ends, your account will revert to the Free tier. Existing Premium trackers will remain active, but you will lose the ability to create new ones with Premium features.

2. Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with Kontendor. Our refund policy operates under the following conditions:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel, you keep access for the remainder of the month.
  • Annual Subscriptions: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all annual subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days of upgrading, contact support for a full refund. After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
  • Service Interruptions: If Kontendor experiences a catastrophic, prolonged outage that severely impacts your ability to host an event, we may issue prorated refunds or billing credits on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under this policy, please reach out via our Support page with your account email and the reason for the request.
