Account Information: Email address, username, and password when you register.
Usage Data: How you interact with the platform, including tracker creation, page views, and standard web analytics.
Payment Information: For Premium users, payment details are securely collected and processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

To operate, maintain, and provide the core functionality of Kontendor.
To communicate with you regarding account updates, billing, and technical support.
To analyze aggregated usage patterns to improve user experience.

3. Public Data and Trackers

Please note that any trackers, scorecards, series, or team rosters you create and publish on Kontendor are public by default. They can be viewed by anyone on the internet who has the link. Do not include sensitive or personally identifiable information in your public trackers.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data only under the following circumstances:

With trusted service providers (like Stripe for payments or Supabase for hosting) who assist us in operating our platform, bound by confidentiality agreements.
When required by law, subpoena, or other legal processes.

5. Your Data Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can delete your account entirely from your Account Settings, which will remove your email and permanently disable your trackers.
